In 2015-2016 Scottie had a sales portfolio of over $100 million in off-market Class A inventory that consisted of over 730 Apartment Units in Central Virginia. His experience across all of the real estate sectors, as well as owning his own real estate investment firm, which has provided rehabilitation, construction services, and resale, has also allowed him to be one of the premiere real estate investment advisors in our region.
Today Scottie is taking Divine Fog Realty to higher heights expanding its real estate development side to a national level.
