Through its predecessor both industry and business award winning companies, VASH Developers LLC. was involved in the construction industry on a national level, delivering construction management, project management, building construction horizontal and vertical, and supply chain services to customers to include Housing Commissions, Dept. of Defense, Army Corp of Engineers, School Districts, Universities, Bureau of Prison, Disney Theme Parks, AT&T, SDG&E, Southern CA Edison, San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant, Homeland Security, Camp Pendleton, to name a few in Southern and Northern California, Georgia, Arizona and Utah. In 2019, the company’s leadership expanded its focus to the development of affordable housing primarily for veterans and seniors.
The intent of the principals’ strategic idea is twofold:
- Meet the overwhelming necessity this country has in addressing the nation’s urgent housing affordability need and;
- Support communities and local government strategic plans to abolish blighted communities.
