Rhiana is a native of Roanoke VA, graduate of William Fleming High School and Radford University. She has spent much of her career working with local Mental Health Agencies and currently with Carilion’s Psychiatric Office Based Opioid Treatment Program as a Care Coordinator. Rhiana and her husband Kevin have two children and reside in Roanoke City. In her spare time, Rhiana enjoys singing and sharing her vocal talents with local bands and artists as well as operating a small business “The Pink Beret”. She states her goal is to always be helpful and give back to her community.
