Shamyila Dungee is a 16 year old student at William Fleming High School, in Roanoke, Virginia. Shamyila has been singing since the young age of 3, and has a lot of vocal experience.
Specifically, at the age of 13, she had her very first solo in the Christmas play at her home church, Family Life Roanoke, at 14, she sang the National Anthem at the Spooky Sprint Marathon sponsored by her after-school program, and won 1st place at the 2018 Henry Street Festival Talent Show, in Roanoke, Virginia. Also, while attending Breckinridge Middle School, she was a part of the All District Choir for 2 years.
Shamyila has been asked to sing in weddings, as well as other community programs, and although she still has some practicing to do on performance, she really loves singing!
